I began my efforts by working with the existing system administrator to understand existing flow for the business user and created a quick visual to support. Then, in a series of working sessions, I collaborated with the technical delivery team in Bangalore, our internal SME, our VP of Engineering, and our Director of Customer Success to understand future vision for the product. In considering this I facilitated discussion around existing role of end users, the inclusion of a new administrator persona, and delivered artifacts for these users including workflows, wires, and vision for a more contemporary user interface.
